Keep it simple! Be who you are!
Don’t wear something that you don’t feel comfortable wearing just because you think that you should wear it or someone told you to. Your discomfort will show in the photos.
Wear an outfit that you absolutely love and feel great wearing!
Make sure your clothing fir and undergarments match. Call me if you have questions!
Classic styles are timeless but if that is not you, then wear fun, funky and bright colors! — those make for great photos too!
Accessories!!! (hats, belts, boots) add a lot to photos.
Bring layers, textures and cool shoes or boots
Be sure to stay away from stripes, big logos and really busy patterns as they actually draw attention to the clothes and not you.
My preference is to not wear WHITE clothing. Anything white blows out the camera’s pixels. Solid white is the worst. However, light colored lacey clothing will work, actually, anything with texture works wonderfully. If in doubt, bring a piece as a third choice.
Remember to get that haircut at least a few days before your shoot and shave according to what works best for you. Grooming is important. Photoshop can only do so much.
Pay attention to yourself, this is your time and you deserve it!
Manicures and pedicures are a great idea for the girls and it’s a great excuse to get one!
Lip gloss is highly recommended. Clear is all you need. Please don’t forget it!
Chapstick is highly recommended for the boys, yes, it is! Especially if your lips are easily chapped.
My message to you — Don’t stress over what to wear, just bring what you love & include lots of variety. Wear clothes that are comfortable and suit your personality. Let’s have FUN!

We only shoot in good weather. One important bit of info: I will make the decision if we need to postpone due to not perfect weather and also I do not allow retakes due to regrettable hair or clothing choices.
